My first words must be a BIG Thank You, to all who have supported the Bible School in 2011.

You have enabled 24 students to receive high quality theological training, that is bearing fruit both in their lives and in the lives of the people they are already ministering to in Ukrainian churches.

You have enabled 13 Sunday School Teachers to be trained, through four weeks of intensive day long study. They are now back in their churches training other teachers and so passing on the expertise they learned. This is a great multiplying factor in this particular work. They also share, as time permits, with Sunday School Teachers in other churches.

You have stood with us in prayer as well as in financial giving, and I want you to know that both the Lecturers and Students, as well as our faithful Administrator, really do appreciate your vital support role, and I pass on their sincere thanks.

This year we launched “Target 100” in partnership with the Utility Warehouse Discount Club Community Programme. There are now over 30 supporters on board, with others in the pipeline. This gives us a regular monthly income at no extra cost to our supporters, while you receive the best possible prices for your household utilities. If you would like to know more about benefiting both yourself, and the Bible School, through Target 100, just log on to the following link on the Internet. Here you will see a short video by myself, explaining the programme, or phone me on 01202 696 085 and request information.

2012 is going to be a busy year with the Graduation of our present 24 students in May; the selecting of the next 24 students to begin their studies in October 2012. There will also be a Pastor’s three day retreat, on the three days prior to the May Graduation, for hard pressed Pastors in the Cherkassy region. We shall be offering three days of intensive study, rich fellowship and mutual encouragement to Pastors at the cutting face of church life. The present Sunday School Training class also graduates in 2012

As you can imagine this will be a very demanding year for the staff, and I ask for your prayers on a regular basis, as well as your faithful financial giving in these challenging times.

Finally a big ‘Thank You’ to Jon Budgell our CEO who has supported and encouraged us in our work over the past 12 months, it means a great deal to me and the Ukrainian staff.
