Queen of England Honors Vic

The Directors of Hope Now UK would like to announce and congratulate Vic for his achievement in being awarded the M.B.E. (Member of the British Empire.)  How right and fitting it is that on the 25th anniversary year of Hope Now, Vic is recognized by the Queen for his total dedication and service to the underprivileged through Hope Now.
