Thank you that last year you helped us financially in the project "Teen Games" in the village of Shoobiny Stavy. After that project our team lead the same project in Chekassy school #6 and in Shpola orphanage. Is it possible for your organization to support us this year as our work has become wider? Our team consisted of young people from 9 different churches. Now we continue to work in Shoobiny School. Last time to went to Shoobiny we trudged more than 4 miles because Pastor Nikolay`s car became stuck in the deep snow. We had to walk through those snowy fields, but we were really, happy when we arrived, to meet our dear children and the director of the school.
Along the way, we met many people to whom we gave the message about Jesus Christ. One of them was granny Galya, in whose house we decided to get warm during that long, cold, walk to Shoobiny. We also talked with Larissa, the director of Shoobiny School, about Jesus and even prayed with her. We continue to work with children in Shpola orphanage and have organized there a Bible School that meets every Saturday. The most wonderful fruit of this missionary work is that many other young people looking at us want to become leaders and to do something in the places where they live.
So - this year, my Christian friends and I, want to organize "Teen Games" in 5 different places. This project helps us to work with local administrations and unites members of different churches.
My name is Andrii Meleshko. Born in Smila, 20 kilometres west of
Cherkassy, into an unbelieving family, I grew up without my father, who
had left the family when I was just one.
Considering the record of the Queen’s own family, another royal wedding
might be considered a triumph of hope over experience but there is no
doubting that Prince William has taken his time in getting to know Kate
Middleton.
